A proposal by CY Alliance, supported by CYU through CY Transfer and 3 other founding members

  • CY Cergy Paris Université, through CY Transfer, has been accredited, on behalf of CY Alliance and with 3 other founding members (CNRS, CEREMA and SATT ERGANEO), as a University Innovation Hub (PUI in French). The aim of the PUI is to encourage the emergence of around twenty clusters at national level, designed to accelerate regional innovation dynamics, and are financed as part of the France 2030 programme.

  • The project submitted capitalises on the innovation ecosystem of CY Alliance and its partners (urban areas, the département, the Ile-de-France region, competitiveness hubs, innovation agencies, economic development actors, companies, etc.) and on all its strengths, particularly its multidisciplinary research potential, in response to societal and environmental transitions and its student entrepreneurship dynamic.

  • It comprises a whole range of coordinated actions, from training through promotion and market exploration to project support, in order to meet the expectations of innovation providers and users – researchers and businesses.

  • CY Transfer and its partners have been approved as part of a seed phase and will initially be funded to the tune of €2.5 million (out of the €6 million requested for the project).
